Engineering Solutions Uganda Limited (ENGSOL) is a one-stop centre for all agricultural machinery ranging from Tafe & Massey Ferguson Tractors, related implements such as harrows, planters among others. We have excellent aftersales support and a client retention formula.
Job Summary: Responsible for the professional and profitable sales of Engsol products and services. The Candidate should have work experience preferably in a 2W/4W Automobile/Agricultural Equipment sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving established sales targets.
- Generate demand for all Engsol products and services through structured BTL & ATL activities
- Manage debtors in in line with the company credit policy
- Drive customer engagement and retention.
- Timely generation of sales reports.
- Manage and account for operational expenses
- Implement established sales processes and Liaise with all departments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical /Auto Mobile Engineering or any Business-related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in sales & marketing with a busy and reputable organization. Experience in 2W/4W Automobile/Agricultural Equipment sales. A Team player, Accountable, Good Attitude, Good ENGSOL product knowledge , Market understanding and computer literate.
- A valid driving licence is required.
