Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- After sales service to ensure the customers are satisfied with the products and services
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Inform customers of new offers
- Provide market research through out bound calling
- Create and update activity reports
- Obtain customer feedback and produce leads.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Previous experience as a call centre representative.
- Outstanding communicator and listener with a professional but friendly approach
- Strong computer skills, MS office
- Excellent Dispute resolution skills
- Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Persuasive and able to work under high pressure.
- Fluency in at least four of these languages; Rukiga, Runyankole, Rutoro, Runyoro, Kiyarwanda, Kiswahili, Luo, Lugisu,( note: English and Luganda are a must)
