Job Summary: International Lifeline Fund (Lifeline) is seeking to recruit Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for the day today marketing and sales of ECO-Smart Cook stoves and supervision of his/her team to ensure sales targets are met and sales proceeds are banked with zero loses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manpower:
- Participate on recruitment, selection, training and retention of the sales Agents in collaboration with HR & Administrative Officer and Marketing & Sales Manager
- Manage, support and Motivate the sales Agents to achieve sales targets
New business acquisition
- Drive Agent’s productivity to achieve set team targets.
- Monitoring and coaching team performance and goal setting
- Prospecting, selling assistance and support to sales Agents
Accountability.
- Take direct responsibility for the actions of Sales Agents to ensure that work is done while observing the organization’s code of conduct.
- Ensure that all proceeds from stove sales by Sales Agents are banked and documents submitted to the Immediate Supervisor or Sale and Marketing Manager for accountability.
- Ensure that all sales have documentation correctly filled and accurate end-user data
- Represent the organization in your area in a professional Manner
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
- Marketing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stake holders
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A driven sales approach that ensures that targets are met
