Job Summary:  Partner operations are key for Glovo’s marketplace. We are looking for a Data Analyst (Partner Operations) who has data-driven objectivity while thinking outside of the box, in such a way that they carry out projects that seem impossible until they come true.

You will be in charge of the operational excellence of our Partners from the moment when they are onboarded on our platform, while making sure we help them grow in a healthy way.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with local teams to solve some of the toughest problems facing e-commerce today – long delivery times, infrastructure issues, etc.
  • Provide analytical support to local teams on challenges with store and restaurant performance and offer creative, high-impact solutions to tackle them
  • Lead the implementation of processes to guarantee Partners operational excellence across cities and assess their impact
  • Improve customer experience by reducing preparation and delivery time
  • Own dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
  • Obsessively track impact of our projects
  • Understand local and regional business needs, and put yourself in the skin of the Partners – understand who they are
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must a Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or any technological domain
  • Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge in SQL
  • Some experience in Python and JavaScripts is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
