Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Company’s Human Resource policies and ensure compliance with the law, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Execute business strategy relating to the human resource and the TotalEnergies Ambition in the affiliate
  • Manage the culture transformation agenda.
  • Manage the Company’s headcount, Organisation structure, and diversity agenda.
  • Implement the Company’s reward, benefits, and compensation strategy.
  • Manage the Company’s annual HR Campaigns and initiatives including Annual Salary Review, AIR, SoGre@t, Employee and Remuneration surveys.
  • Implement BetterTogether and the Company’s HR Commitments.
  • Manage the staff induction and probation, JD development, and Data Protection related to staff records.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with staff regulations, labour law, and related company policies.
  • Ensure the requisite tax and statutory deductions are made in compliance with the law and regulations.
  • Manage performance through the Performance Management system.
  • Provide support to managers and employees on HR processes throughout the year.
  • Provide holistic wellness, which includes physical and emotional wellbeing, in the workplace through dedicated social systems, tracking and monitoring mechanisms, and employee awareness and education
  • Define strategic activities and evaluate HR service and value delivered to the departments
  • Provide advice and guidance to HR Officers and teams.
  • Organisation change management.
  • Contract Manager for all HR Service Providers including courier services, utility providers, caterers as well as Insurance brokers and providers.
  • Administrator for all office facilities, offices, and sites as well as tenancies.
  • Ensure all Expatriate needs are catered to including work permit applications, residence, and accommodation.
  • Responsible for Light Vehicle and pool driver management.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of background checks on staff, onboarding and formal communications related to employment.
  • Supervise and oversee the onsite Clinic, medical personnel and ensure access to treatment for all staff.
  • Guide the Company and staff on and coordinate the management of psychosocial risks




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. A Master’s Degree in HR Management/Business Management or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Eight years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Skills: Innovative, strategic and solution oriented individual with good communication skills
