Job Summary: Administrative and Finance Officer will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. As Administrative and Finance Officer he/she will ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise all staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Review and update administrative policies, processes and & procedures
- Liaise with local authorities for office related matters
- Respond to customer / client / employee inquiries related of office management
Finance Tasks
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Payroll Management
- Reconcile financial statements
- Management of all Corporate taxes
- Reconcile financial statements
- Participate on Audit
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Execute sourcing activities, negotiation, contracts and purchase orders
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Any other assigned task
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management/ Accounting or economics or related fields.
- The candidate must have at least two years’ experience in corporate accounting role.
