Job Summary: As our Field Sales Officer in Uganda, you will report to the Enrollments officer team leader and work closely with the Empowerment manager and the Enrollment Department. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategy, generating sales leads, pitching our enrollments/products and guiding the field team to meet their daily/weekly sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee general enrollment sales in Uganda.
- Supervise Field supervisors, Field liaisons and field representatives.
- Develop strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
- Set daily/weekly sales targets for all the Field liaisons/Field representatives and field supervisors.
- Report daily/weekly sales achievements.
- Undertake daily/weekly meetings with sales teams.
- Plan and follow up on the performance of the sales teams.
- Train the field liaisons and field supervisors on new enrollment products and build their capacity to deliver fast results.
- Develop sales pitches and build the capacity of field supervisors, field representatives and field liaisons to meet sales targets.
- Track performance of the teams.
- Build team morale.
- Any other responsible responsibility given by the supervising team members.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- MUST HAVE at least 2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing.
- A Higher Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business-related course.
- Highly creative with a hunger for innovation and are natural born problem solvers.
- Motivated by a passion to make the world a better place and love to take on challenges.
- Servant leaders who help to build the team and take on whatever role is necessary.
- Eager to learn and thrive in the fast-paced “fail fast, fail often” startup culture we embody.

- Working knowledge of computer applications especially: gmail and google drive.
