Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • HSEQ: Ensures HSE rules & national legislations are effectively implemented in his/her work domain
  • Develop and implement the affiliate’s digital transformation roadmap based on long-term strategy.
  • Institute a structured means of collecting, analyzing & approving digital ideas from across the organization.
  • Champions the development of approved solutions, preparing business cases, budget, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
  • In liaison with various business units, is accountable for targeted business innovation, development, and deployment of all required business solutions to improve performance/efficiency.
  • Is accountable for the realization of all digital solutions which are requested with approval from any running improvement initiatives such as the LEAN projects etc.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the progress of all solutions.
  • Defines performance parameters for deployed solutions and monitors with regular performance reports.
  • Identify risk areas across the different applications. Review and develop structures to improve control and reporting on the risk areas.
  • Liaise with the IT and business units to ensure the smooth running of the deployed tools.
  • Where substandard performance is noted, investigates, validates proposed remedial or improvement initiatives
  • Studies Market to identify changes in Clients’ requirements/needs to adopt the various business applications for affiliate’s Media and E-commerce platforms, ensures that information is regularly updated.
  • Conduct performance reviews for service providers of business applications
  • Determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation across the organization
  • Develop & support, the exploitation of innovation ideas, effectively working with other functions along the innovation pathway, from the conception of innovation to its eventual implementation, adoption, and dissemination.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task, innovative, and analytical approach to problems.
  • Experience & technical skills: 3-5 years experience in areas of business solution development
  • Excellent working knowledge of applicable corporate procedures and processes.
  • Personal skills: Analytical skills, innovative mindset; emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills; proven ability to deliver in a multi-cultural environment with integrated teams; strategic vision
  • Good communicator ability to network and work across transverse teams within and outside the company
  • Languages and level: Fluent in English
