Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capable of leading construction units in execution of works, analyzing and tracking work programs
- Preparing detailed progress reports
- Ensuring proper payment applications, ensuring timely procurement and tracking procurement schedules, ensuring coordination of MEP Works, project compliance at all levels and able to deliver the projects with utmost quality and within prescribed timeframes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related qualification
- At least eight to ten years of experience in Building Construction
