Goodman International is a Pharmaceutical Company based in Kampala – Uganda, dealing in Importation and Distribution of Human and Veterinary Medicines, Nutrition products. An Agent & Local Technical Representative (LTR) for several Manufacturers from Europe and Middle East is looking for Honest & Trustworthy, Smart, and Qualified Candidates to join the Company
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily updating of the temperature records in bulk and retail stores.
- Recording items issued in the bin cards for both bulk and retail.
- Carrying out weekly stock and monthly take for both bulk and retail stores.
- Filling invoices and all other documents daily in the stores department as assigned to you by your line manager.
- Supervising the cleaners to make sure the store is well cleaned and timely.
- Make sure that the store is well organized and presentable.
- Updating all store books daily.
- Any other duty assigned from time to time by line manager or management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any related Field.
- Must have at least 2years working experience in store management.
- Someone with similar working experience is of added advantage.
- Excellent Communication, documentation& Customer care skills.
- Should be Smart, Active, Motivated and ready to learn.
- Should be familiar with Stores Related reports, invoicing, stock taking etc.
- Should preferably be 30 years and below.
- Should be a computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and Access & Power point.
