Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To drive all sales activities (sales plan and sales strategy) that ensures the attainment of branch sales goals and profitability. Generate sales leads that will ensure market penetration is achieved. Undertake financial literacy to both new and existing customers
- Provide a daily sales activity plan to the Branch Manager.
- To prepare concepts, proposals, sales plans and activities, and presentations. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of Business ethics to ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- To provide daily wrap ups on accounts opened and funded.
- To drive branch sales agenda and targets (In liabilities)
- Any other Duty that may be assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Microfinance, Accounting, Finance/ any other business-related course.
- Have good customer care/service skills
- Sales, presentation with good communication Skills
- Lead generation, computer skills/literate
- Negotiation skills are vital asset to the jobholder.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi task
- Candidate must be willing to work upcountry
