The Data Recovery Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate information is in the scheduling system (Mifos) to ensure accurate client service delivery in a professional, confidential, proactive, safe, and efficient solution-based manner. The Data Officer – Recovery works collaboratively in a team environment and communicates effectively with all members of the team on a regular basis to ensure that the right data is provided.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Recovery in update of Legal statuses on all Repossessed, Accident, and stolen bikes in Mifos.
  • In liaison with the Recovery Operation procedure, support the development of data collection tools in line with Data Management best practices.
  • Conduct timely data quality assurance to ensure completeness, credibility, and validity with the Company system, i.e., Mifos, Recovery Module.
  • Support Head of Recovery in planning and collection of data from the Recovery platforms, i.e., Skype, WhatsApp, and update in the Excel sheets.
  • Support the Recovery team in maintenance of Accurate information in the Excel sheet on all the Recovery Elements.
  • Provide daily data report on the Recovery operation to the Head of Recovery.
  • Proactively engage in strategic thinking on best data handling process for the Department.
  • Perform any other task that may be assigned to you by the Head of the Department/ Senior Management team.
