The Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) is an indigenous medical organization that was established in 1991 as a limited liability not-for-profit Joint-venture between the Uganda Ministry of Health (MoH), Ministry of Defense and Makerere University Medical School (now Makerere College of Health Sciences).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing or a Diploma in Clinical Medicine or Nursing from any recognized institution. Any added qualifications will be an added advantage.
- At least two years of work experience gained through serving within a health facility in the last 4 years.
- Previous experience in an HIV/AIDS, TB, and RMNCH related fields will be an added
- Knowledge of facility data management systems including DHIS2, primary reporting tools, and Uganda EMR will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid registration certificate from the supervisory Government Institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability and willingness to reside in and work within the supported district.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point).
