Job Summary: Based in Kampala, Uganda, under the supervision of the Senior Coordinator – Operations, the Assistant will provide administrative, logistical, clerical, technical and general support assistance to the Office.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or High diploma in Administration, Logistics or related field.
- At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar position gained in an international organization.
- Two to three years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
