Job Summary:  We’re looking for resourceful and outgoing Premium Master Agent Territory Leads who are excited to help us launch and grow our premium master agent network operations. You will travel around the region assigned as needed supporting the rollout of premium master agents.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Premium master Agent outlet rollout: You will work with different field operations teams to onboard and roll out premium master agent outlets in different regions and be their point of contact.
  • Agent Quality – Ensure that all premium master agents.
  • are compliant with all legal and policy requirements
  • have executed valid contracts
  • are trained on the contents of the contract before signing the contract
  • are well branded and have the necessary supplies
  • Master Agent Liquidity Management – Coordinate monitoring cash/float availability at master agent locations in cooperation with our liquidity and regional teams.
  • Risk Management and Routine Visitation – Report on emerging issues and assess the performance of master agents in your region.
  • Master Agent Churn – Identify underperforming master agents, close them, recover Wave items and equipment, and ensure that branding material is removed.
  • Be the primary contact person for all master agent network acquiring & Wave products in your assigned region
  • Champion excellent customer service among master agents within your assigned region
  • Training- Ensure that all customer service executives and teams at master agent outlets are thoroughly trained




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Three years of experience in agent network and liquidity management.
  • 1+ years experience in developing, building, and managing partnerships
  • Fluent in English and any other local languages for the four major regions of Uganda
  • Willing to relocate to the assigned regions.
  • Proficiency with Google spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated high levels of integrity.
  • Highly analytical in your approach to problems with attention to detail
  • Experience working across multiple regions will be an added advantage
