Job Summary:  The best professionals rise from transformative training experiences. Because of this, we have embarked on an apprentice program to develop marketing and advertising professionals. Through this program, we will build our own team as well as polish professionals for the rest of the marketing and advertising industry.

 

If you are young, brilliant and a born leader who is optimistic, ethical, and with an exceptional work ethic, we would like to enroll you in this program as an operations officer. The focus area of this training will be project coordination, administration, and financial support as well as personal development.

 

This apprenticeship will require rigorous and substantial training, typically of around 3 to 6 months, depending on your experience, overall performance, and qualifications at your time of entry.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Should be a graduate with a Degree or Diploma in business, commerce, accounting, or related field.
  • An excellent communicator with good written and spoken English. Knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage.
  • Experience/Exposure in a work environment either as an intern or volunteer.
  • Proven leadership experience at various levels.
  • Demonstrable maturity especially emotional & personal responsibility.
  • Passionate about marketing, communication, and (or) media.
