REMOT offers after-sales service support; remotely monitoring and controlling solar PV systems and equipment and supporting preventative maintenance and repair activities. To date, ‘Remot’ has been used in over 7 countries in Africa by solar companies and international partners.
Job Summary: Innovex is searching for a Sales Associate who is proactive and passionate about exceeding expectations with meeting a customer’s needs. To succeed in this position, you should be able to understand and promote REMOT, have exceptional communication, computer, and analytical skills. You should be self-driven, aggressive, resourceful, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
As the Sales Associate, you will act as a point of contact for Innovex’ clients. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, always striving to find opportunities to provide better services for them through Innovex’ products. You will be also responsible for bringing on board new clientele to benefit from REMOT.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotion and active selling of REMOT.
- Ensure that we have a good working relationship with our existing client base.
- Ensuring that you meet very aggressive sales targets.
- Analyzing and preparing operational and sales reports.
- Working closely with the BDS team to ensure company targets are appropriately set and achieved.
- Solving customer queries and ensuring we maintain a good relationship.
- Servicing the needs of existing customers ensuring all aspects of their needs are being met and developing any opportunities arising.
- Identifying new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Up selling and cross selling to existing customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
- Team leadership and management skills.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office.
- Self-driven person who is willing to go above and beyond.
- Previous working experience in the Renewable Energy Space will be an added advantage.
