Job Summary: Qodex Media is looking for a dynamic Digital Accounts Executive who will represent Qodex Media and our clients online and ensuring all our social media platforms are running smoothly. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating and executing digital strategies across our channels, managing our social media communities and writing blog posts for our platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building and managing relationships with clients.
- Planning and implementing digital strategies for clients.
- Social Media Management.
- Community Management.
- Optimizing our web content to improve SEO.
- Prepare and Present timely reports for clients and client projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- One year of experience working in Digital Marketing.
- In-depth knowledge working with social media tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Be a good team player.
