We are a US-registered, veteran-owned small business and staff support offices in Nairobi, Bangkok and Mauritius. SoCha currently supports multiple foreign assistance interventions across Asia and Africa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review the study assessment analysis and the study use analysis.
- Co-design and execute workshops: sensemaking, problem centered, and best practices in utilization focused evaluation.
- Take primary technical responsibility to develop workshop agenda, session plans, workshop materials, slides, and facilitate or lead workshop discussion.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience designing, planning, organizing, and executing online workshops.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to make sense of evaluations, assessments, or analyses preferred.
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality presentations.
- Experience working with stakeholders in Uganda preferred.
- Experience working with USAID or USAID projects preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with asynchronous or remote teams preferred.
- The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree qualification.
