Job Summary:  The Business Development Support Administrator will provide decisive support of Outdoor and Indoor Sales team with the aim to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of sales team and service delivery to clients

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer presentations, organize meeting
  • Initiate meetings/visits or calls for the clients and other stakeholders for Ceva’s sales representatives,
  • Prepare offers and that you will follow-up them together with pricing
  • Ensure service timelines are adhered to internally by pricing, billing, customer service and operations team
  • Prepare sales related analysis and internal statistics for different stakeholders,
  • Allocate prospects and leads across assigned sales executives(jointly with BDM)
  • Prepare customer SOP and ensure smooth handover to product
  • and operations
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales, product and customer service departments
  • Manage your customer portfolio base on all points customer service, including the facilitation of communication between the customer and internal departments
  • Maintaining a solid customer relationship, where you monitor progress, maintain an overview, and communicate this with the customer
  • Signaling deviations regarding the service level and adherence to
  • SOP’s and the timely intervention in case of problems
  • Continuous improvement of department.
  • You also participate in projects aimed at improving the organization and our processes.
  • Preparing various reports, including regular business review with
  • Follow up on all action point and ensure successful closure
  • Any other duty assigned by the BDM





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant should have three to five years of local experience in a Customer Service or Operations role, within a freight-forwarding environment
  • Sound operational knowledge in Import / Export, Air & Ocean Processes , and requirements.
  • Developed problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize / as required
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge level of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint)
