About US:
Uganda Central Co-operative Financial Services (UCCFS) is a tertiary co-operative that provides financial and non-financial services to all types of Co-operatives (Apexes, Unions, SACCOs, RPOs, ACEs, and other primary Co-operatives) in Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage large numbers of outgoing & incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Diploma from a credible institution
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- English and one of the local languages namely; Runyakitala (Runyankole, Rukiga, Rutoro), Luganda Lusoga/Lugisu,Kiswahili, Ateso, Rufumbira, lukonzo, Acholi, Luo
