Job Summary:  Successful candidates must have relevant experience in similar roles, ideally within the oil, gas or engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a project environment, and will have strong communication skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement social investments in the community, in coordination with the Company
• Track social investment budget, progress, and indicators
• Coordinate with National Content Advisor for community training and business development investments
• Ensure that the National Content Plan is followed by all parties (McDermott and Subcontractors).
• Managing the training and advancement of local employees and ensuring that knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures are included.
• Track knowledge transfer and participation in Technology transfer initiatives and capacity building programs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• NGO, governmental, or donor experience in community development
• Local to project area preferred
• Stakeholder engagement experience preferred.
