Job Summary:   The Customer Relations Assistant will manage the processing of customers’ orders by responding to enquiries and queries relating to products and services in accordance with JMS policies and procedures.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote the image of JMS through adhering to JMS values when dealing with customers
  • Exhibit excellent customer care skills to our customers
  • Market and sell consumer goods and create awareness for the available items in stock to all customers
  • Analyse customer orders appropriately and translate them into appropriate sales document
  • Maintain proper records of the unconfirmed orders
  • Provide support in the conduct of weekly checks to understand orders that have not been confirmed by customers
  • Make inquiries to the customer and correct any discrepancies in terms of quantities, brands, units of measure depending on the customer orders.
  • Key in accurate details for all customer orders
  • Follow up with Customer Relations Officer (CRO) for customization of ERP notifications to customers upon invoicing their orders
  • Update customer contacts into the ERP system as and when changes occur.
  • Assist in capturing out of stock items from customer orders and share report with Customer Relations Officer
  • Capture, and compile the customer comments from consignment delivery verification forms, medical representative reports, and at the time of ordering
  • Conduct a tools and technology usage assessment bi-annually for assigned customers and compile report for CRO review
  • Maintain a record of customer comments through customer feedback forms, mails, phone etiquette, registers, questionnaires and suggestion box
  • Compile customer feedback and forward to line manager appropriate action





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in sales and marketing or health related field
