Job Title:   Human Resource Officer (Fresher Jobs)

Reports to: Director, Human Resources

 

About US:

Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) is a faith-based private University owned by the Episcopal Conference of the Catholic Bishops of Uganda.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the recruitment process
  • Being responsible for the staff welfare, health and safety
  • Making sure that all the names of staff are on the system
  • Being responsible for the payroll management
  • Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Department.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a field relevant to Human Resource.
  • One year of experience in a related job.
  • The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, satisfactory record of service to the community and high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
