Job Summary:  Successful candidates must have relevant experience in similar roles, ideally within the oil, gas or engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a project environment and will have strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize community and stakeholder engagement, visits, events and activities, in coordination with the Company
• Track community risks, impacts, and trends
• Monitor Human Rights acknowledgements and violations to and by McDermott and Subcontractors.
• Investigate and manage grievances, according to the Company and Contractor grievance process
• Ensure that the National Content Plan is followed by all parties (McDermott and Subcontractors).
• Managing the training and advancement of local employees and ensuring that knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures are included.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• NGO, governmental, or donor experience in community development
• Local to project area NEEDED
• Stakeholder and community engagement.
