The Company manufactures antiretrovirals, artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTS) and, Hepatitis medicines, to treat HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and Hepatitis respectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all established cGMP are maintained
- Ensuring that equipment is maintained, calibrated and cleaned
- Ensuring that housekeeping and maintenance are performed Undertaking granulation of materials, monitoring and recording of the process parameters as provided in the BMR and SOPS
- Maintaining status labelling on the equipment
- Ensure that the established EHS guidelines are adhered to
- Maintaining of proper material handling during processing
- Maintaining inventory of required tools, spares an perform preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure down time is minimized Ensuring that cGMP, SOPs and Change Control Systems are followed
- Maintaining and observing relevant documentation related to qualification, validation and preventive maintenance
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold an Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least two years of experience in a busy industrial setup
