The Company manufactures antiretrovirals, artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTS) and, Hepatitis medicines, to treat HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and Hepatitis respectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dispensing of raw and packaging materials
- Receiving, receipting, storing, issuance and dispensing of raw materials, miscellaneous items and packing materials
- Developing and maintaining accurate written procedures for inventory control processes and functions for spares and consumables
- Dispatching of finished goods
- Making purchase requisitions for all spares and consumables Monitoring stock levels for spares and consumables to prevent undue stock-outs
- Monitoring housekeeping and maintaining of maximum hygiene and environmental standards
- Maintaining daily records making all documentations related to qualifications, SOPs, validations, GRNs etc
- Maintaining and following proper labelling procedures
- Making daily transactions in SAP system
- Participating in investigation of deviations, risk management, CAPA and root cause analysis
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science Technology, Industrial Chemistry
- Certificate in Stores Management
- At least two years of experience preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup
- Advanced computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Access, Outlook, SAP) is desirable
