Job Summary: We are looking to hire a vibrant, energetic, MID-LEVEL SELF-DRIVEN APPLICATION DEVELOPER who believes they have what it takes to develop “THE PERFECT APPLICATION”. They shall report to the Team Lead/Project Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, upgrade and enhancement of complex full-life cycle implementations of enterprise software solutions that are developed in industry standard PHP (Laravel) and MySQL/MongoDB technologies, including a wide range of integrations with client and third-party systems, with an extreme focus on maintainability, reliability, scalability, performance and security.
- Responsible for collaborating and reporting seamlessly and productively within a team environment to ensure adherence to the strict timelines for project implementation as guided by the project manager, team lead and management.
- Responsible for leading and participating productively in peer review of code created by all developers in the team as a core principle in ensuring the maintainability, reliability, scalability, performance and security of all developed code and ensuring that all issues are rectified in real time as part of the development and deployment process.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor of Computer Science/IT (University CGPA: between 4.0 and 5.0)
- Must have obtained an A, B or C in A-Level Principal Math
- Should have between 2 and 5 years of demonstrable professional experience (post-degree) in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of complex enterprise web-based “real world” enterprise applications in PHP, Javascript, MySQL, HTML
- Expertise or Passion in unit testing, automated deployment processes, and continuous integration.
- Ability to analyze requirements and write detailed technical / functional specifications.
- There shall be hands-on practical interviews and a probationary period.

- Ability to self-motivate + work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Believes they can change the world through IT
