Job Summary: Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for sales and marketing of the professional services across the country.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist to sell various professional services to clients and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction through various sales strategies including tele-marketing
- Contacting clients and setting up appointments to present company services
- Handle all customer enquiries and ensure timely response to all inquiries
- Preparing sales proposals for potential clients
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Maintain up to date database of client’s contacts
- Resolve all clients’ complaints by making recommendations to management
- Follow up with clients, evaluate their needs and make recommendations as necessary
- Participate in all departmental meetings
- Generating daily sales reports
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource management or related field.
- Knowledge of HR/I.T/Organizational development consulting services is an added advantage
- Good networking, communication and negotiation skills
- Sound customer service and client relationship skills
- Creative and innovative individual with passion for growth
