Job Summary:  As a Mobile Marketer at Victorium Holdings Ltd, you’ll be responsible for ensuring mobile traffic. You’ll be required to work closely with a dedicated group of digital marketing professionals who are among the most talented in the industry. More specifically, you’ll get to work closely with content creators, software developers and social media teams.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Developing strategies to drive mobile traffic / developing marketing campaigns
  • Raising brand awareness and online presence by participating in mobile marketing projects and campaigns
  • Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a mobile marketing leader within the industry, and in digital marketing space
  • Participating in promotional activities (product exhibitions, talk shows, events and conferences)
  • Participating in the writing and proofreading of creative copy
  • Creating and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system as well as conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical features of the software offered by the company.
  • Solicits information about software enhancement needs from customers.
  • Construct sales pitches and presentations.
  • Travel to areas where needs are projected.
  • Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
  • Demonstrate product features before a sale.
  • Help customers maximize the use of software features.
  • Advise on appropriate user training.
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a business degree
  • At least two years of experience in a related role.
  • Knowledge and passion in the beauty sector.
  • Outgoing
  • A people person
  • Knowledge of applications and technology
  • Ability to train customers and attend to their concerns.
  • Self-starter
