Job Summary:  We’re looking for an Agent Training Officer who’s resourceful and excited about getting things done. You’ll be responsible for providing training to agents and Wave employees.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Handle and respond to agents’ and employees’ training requests.
  • Organize daily agents’ and employees’ training based on demand and observation.
  • Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.
  • Adhere to company procedures and regulations.
  • Conduct training assessments & Surveys.
  • Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs.
  • Write daily/Weekly notes
  • Key details
  • You will be based within Uganda in areas of Mbale, Fort portal, Jinja, Mbarara
  • Fluent in English and familiar with other local languages.
  • Work authorization in Uganda required
  • Willingness to relocate to the assigned area

 



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Two years of experience in sales or marketing
  • One year of experience as a field trainer
  • Skilled at using MS suites like PowerPoint and excel
  • You might be a good fit if you
  • Have the ability to discern priority tasks.
  • Are excited to be in the field.
  • Are able to adapt easily to environments around you
  • Are rigorous, autonomous, methodical, and with an eye for detail.
  • Have strong oral and written skills.
  • Have proficiency in computer & android phones.
