Job Summary: The Coordinator – Technology will proactively support Technology division in raising budget (Opex and capex) demands, coordinating activities with other departments, vendors and overall coordination of division activities as instructed by CTIO or SMs
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Raise PRFs for CAPEX AND OPEX for Fibre relocations, Radio Frequency (RF) and Transmission (Tx) Adhoc works and for other sections
- Track and report on LPO process with Procurement for all Technology raised PRFs – CAPEX/OPEX (Technology Procurement Tracker).
- Manages and coordinates administrative tasks as and when assigned by CTIO and Technology Senior Managers.
- Record keeping, MR approvals and spare inventory verification.
- Technology CAPEX – Capitalization/receipting with Finance.
- Accounts Payables – obtaining approvals and Tracking payment of Technology invoices sent from Finance Department – (Technology invoices tracker).
- Properly Manage Technology Opex and Capex reporting with weekly tracking
- Follow & consolidate PPOE’s for CAPEX approvals
- Managing the stores requisitions for stationery, tea items
- Any other duties assigned to you by the CTIO
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Three years’ experience in a corporate organization
- Attention to detail
- Customer Focused
