Job Title:   Community Systems Strengthening Officer (Fresher NGO Jobs)

About US:

Mildmay Uganda is an indigenous Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/AIDS medical services also providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services.

 

Job Summary:  The Community Systems Strengthening Officer will support implementation of the PEPFAR community strategy and ensure that facility and community-based interventions are synchronized for effective project outcomes. Will provide oversight for Differentiated Service Delivery Model, gender mainstreaming and work closely with CBOs and PLHIV networks





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies/Social Sciences/Community Psychology/Counseling or other related field.
  • Three years of experience in implementing Community based health programmes; experience implementing MOH and PEPFAR Community Health Frameworks and ability to influence behavioural change
