Job Summary:  The Graduate Trainee- HCM is a position that will report directly to the Human Resource Coordinator. The Graduate Trainee-HCM will be responsible for executing some daily routine Human Resource Tasks and ensure that these are being addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The tasks mainly include updating the HCM and supporting the Recruitment Function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

HR Database

• Responsible for the development and updating of trackers including but not limited, HR data tracker etc.
• Providing support for entries in HCM and ensuring that it is always up to date
• Managing the HR data and providing information for the HR reports.

Recruitment

• Provide Support to the STAO on recruitment documentation.

Policy

• Ensure code of conduct course compliance through follow up and reminders to staff

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related discipline in people function
• One to two years of experience in this similar HR support role.
