Job Summary: The Graduate Trainee- HCM is a position that will report directly to the Human Resource Coordinator. The Graduate Trainee-HCM will be responsible for executing some daily routine Human Resource Tasks and ensure that these are being addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The tasks mainly include updating the HCM and supporting the Recruitment Function.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Database
- Responsible for the development and updating of trackers including but not limited, HR data tracker etc.
- Providing support for entries in HCM and ensuring that it is always up to date
- Managing the HR data and providing information for the HR reports.
Recruitment
- Provide Support to the STAO on recruitment documentation.
Policy
- Ensure code of conduct course compliance through follow up and reminders to staff
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related discipline in people function
- One to two years of experience in this similar HR support role.
