Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries about MelBet and product education
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (Phone calls, SMS and Whats App)
  • Acknowledging and receiving customer complaints then share with the General Support Team
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions from customers
  • Making out bound and retention calls
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
  • Providing feedback from MelBet customers using the site and other services
  • Managing a team of junior representatives used in activations and field activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Ability to work nightshifts

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant should hold relevant qualifications
  • Ability to speak and communicate in more than one language. Preferably, English and one local language
