We provide Ambulances Services for all kind of Emergency Medical Support/ Rescue and for various events for 24/7 hrs by using full equipped Ambulances and Air Charters/Helicopters facilitated by qualified and experienced medical personnel and paramedics. Ambulance Services. (Air and surface medical evacuation, first aid training, occupational health, general consultancy, general waste disposal/management, home based care).

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • To coordinate all supplies procedure from receipt of order to delivery, ensure all deliveries are made as per order, within timeline and met customer expectations
  • Strictly comply with company procedures and guidelines in every activities
  • Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice
  • Assist in sourcing as maybe required and ensure we have everything we want to sell at required stock always
  • Monitor market trends of medical products including seasonal variations and advice the company accordingly and timely to win the market
  • Ensure selling records, store movement records, product receiving records, delivery records are well produced, stored and shared timely
  • Prepare and submit timely reports to management as may be required from time to time
  • Ensure department runs with higher efficiency, meet all target set and profitably
  • Monitor and supervise departmental assets to ensure they are well serviced, maintained and kept
  • Ensure we provide best quality customer centered services and products in the market within timeline to meet all customer expectations
  • Perform extensive marketing activities to ensure we increase sells and runs profitably
  • To support other company operations, and ensure they runs smoothly without interruptions
  • Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
  • To ensure legal compliance in everything we do.
  • Performing other administrative tasks when needed.

 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma of pharmacy, Must be Registered pharmacist.
  • Should have at least three years of working experience in a pharmacy.
