Job Summary:  The Administration officer will provide administrative services in order to ensure the smooth running of the office operations.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • To be responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support and office services for the company.
  • To coordinate and communicate office activities, contract management, supplies and stationery, health regulations, and general troubleshooting.
  • To maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees, management and the clients. He/she will also be responsible for the safety requirements of the organization’s facilities and assets. Other duties shall be assigned as necessary.
  • Provide direct administrative and office management support to all members of the team, as directed.
  • Manage staff monthly attendance; compile a report for the HR manager.
  • Monitoring scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure that staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
  • Coordinate staff welfare activities by:
  • Supervising and monitoring daily meals schedules for staff.
  • Ensuring clean and safe environment.
  • Requisition and management of company assets.
  • Coordinate office activities and manage administrative flow.
  • Implement strategies and plans for Company office space and facilities requirements provision.
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues.
  • Other duties shall be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, office and information Management or related discipline.
  • Three to five years of experience in an Administrative is an asset.
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Pay attention to Detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Resourceful and flexible.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi task and handle problems efficiently
