  • Drive change leadership enablement:
  • Ensure that the change impact on people is well managed and understood
  • Facilitate and monitor change adoption
  • Oversee change delivery governance to mitigate risks involved in change delivery
  • Develop people change delivery strategy and plan
  • Develop change communication and communication plans and ensure their execution
  • Managing Others: Take responsibility for the effective management of others
  • Business Management: To provide specialist advice and support in assisting to manage and deliver on business initiatives
  • Ensure that timelines are met: Manage team in such a way that deadlines are met
  • Dealing with Stakeholders: Taking responsibility for managing the expectations of stakeholders
 
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for the ABSA Group People Change and Enablement Specialist job should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and Advanced Diploma: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required), Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Project Management
