Job Summary: The Marketing Manager oversees the marketing strategy, activities and campaigns. Ensure marketing operations are successful in meeting organizational goals. .
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing and route to market strategy
- Manage different marketing ventures, brand awareness and promotions.
- Create brand strategy
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Staff Management; Recruitment, performance management and training of marketing staff members
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Supply Chain (CIMS qualification would be preferable)
- At least five years of experience in relevant position and responsibility
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Structured approach to work
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical or FMCG Health Distribution is essential
- Proficient user of Excel, Word, Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.e. fluency in English is a pre-requisite).
