Job Summary:  The Training Specialist will be responsible
for identifying training needs,

conducting sales
training, field/Tele-coaching of sales staff and continuous Improvement of
training programs to ensure relevance.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Identify
training needs for Sales managers, Account Developers, Sales representatives,
Distributors and their support staff including Movit Products Limited support
staff in all Departments.

·       
Conduct
Sales training for both New hires and the existing field staff.

·       
Develop
and oversee the production of classroom handouts, Instructional materials, aids
and manuals.

·       
Periodically
review ongoing Training programs & curriculums to ensure they reflect any
changes that may be required.

·       
Evaluate
training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques
in the employee behaviour and results.

·       
Conduct
1:1 field coaching sessions for the field teams to ensure continuous improvement
and development.

·       
Plan and
organize training both physical and Virtual Trainings.

·       
Keep the
Training Library organized and Updated.

·       
Perform
Administrative L&D activities as per request.

·       
Implement
the Movit Eagle way by executing your duties in line with Quality, Speed, Cost,
Safety and People in order to establish the basis for Effective Problem
Solving, Continuous Improvement and Innovation;

·       
Perform
any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time by the
Supervisor.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate for the Training Specialist position should hold minimum a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Human resource Management;

·       
A
minimum of two (2) years` relevant working experience preferably as a Sales Trainer
in a reputable company;

·       
Very
confident and can handle audiences of all Behaviors;

·       
Problem
solver and can introduce training innovations;

·       
Ability
to work under pressure with minimum or no supervision and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced changing environment;

·       
Excellent
interpersonal, communication, presentation, supervision, reporting and organization
skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity and confidentiality.

·       
Working
with the entire staff and departments in Movit Products Limited;

·       
Maintain
good relations with key associates and company external stakeholders;

·       
This
position is mostly field based and will require the training specialist to
constantly travel;

·       
Ability
to meet deadlines and exhibit a high degree of flexibility and versatility;

·       
Ability
to work in a team.
