About US:

Mildmay Uganda is an
indigenous Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/AIDS medical services also
providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up
comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services.

Job Summary:   The Drivers will provide effective and
efficient transport services to MUg staff, Clients students and visitors; as
well as monitor the vehicle condition, and inform the supervisor of any need
for maintenance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate for the Mildmay Driver job must hold a Uganda Certificate of
Education (O – Level),

·       
Possession
of a valid driving Permit for the classes of vehicles assigned; preferably
class DM and DL. Possession of class CM is added advantage.

·       
The
successful candidate should have a least 3 years’ experience in driving
organization vehicles; evidence of training in defensive driving;

·       
Demonstrable
knowledge of motor vehicle operations and basic mechanics, as well as knowledge
of traffic laws and rules.
