Uganda Limited (PSU) is a company incorporated in the Republic of Uganda
providing a full range of management consultancy services in the area of Human
Resource Management to include; Recruitment, organizational design and
development, performance management, training, Vetting and Background checks,
Manpower Management & Payroll Services. Our client is seeking to fill the
following positions; Sales and Marketing Executives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Meeting sales targets for Tricycles.

·       Conducting market research to identify
selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

·       Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
through cold calling, networking and social media

·       Setting up meetings with potential clients
and listening to their wishes and concerns

·       Participate on behalf of the company in
exhibitions or conferences

·       Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
or objections

·       Gather feedback from customers or prospects
and share with internal teams

·       Participate in Marketing, Communication and
promotions strategy for the company;

·       Prepare a weekly/monthly activity calendar
with agenda and defined outcomes for implementation / Improvement of overall
sales productivity and management;

·       Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       The applicants for the Sales and Marketing
Executive job should hold a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration or related field.

·       At least six months’ experience selling
tricycles.

·       Interpersonal skills

·       Goal oriented and able to deliver results

·       Must be able to communicate in both English
and Luganda

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Strong negotiation skills
