About US:

The Uganda
Development Corporation (UDC) was set up by the Uganda Development Corporation
Act 2016 as the investment arm of Government with the primary objective of
facilitating industrial and economic development of the country. This
objective is met through; establishment of subsidiary and associated companies,
entering into public private partnerships with any commercial, industrial or
agricultural undertaking or enterprises, assisting in financing and management
of undertakings promoting industrial or economic development; and promoting and
facilitating research into industrial development. 

 

Job Summary:    The Senior Monitoring & Evaluation
Officer will primarily manage the monitoring and evaluation (M&E)
components of UDC investments/projects through enabling evidence-based
decision-making processes, maintenance of M&E systems, and effective
implementation of M&E activities.

 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics,
statistics or related studies

·       
Post
Graduate Qualifications in M&E is an added advantage

·       
Six
years of experience with M&E methods and approaches, including designing,
planning, and implementing M&E systems, analyzing and reporting using a
logical framework and other strategic planning approaches;

·       
Age: Below 54 years
