Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Steer
portfolio of sellers by showing strong attention to sales analytics, an ability
to resolve operational issues and being alert towards new Fashion trends

·       
Develop
Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners to articulate and monitor sales
performance

·       
Strengthen
Jumia as the destination for Fashion needs by working with existing sellers and
onboard new ones

·       
Interact
with stakeholders within Commercial and other departments

 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate for the Jumia Senior Key Account Manager Fashion job
opportunity must have a passion for Fashion and track record of successfully
navigating within the Industry (e.g., account management, sales,
entrepreneurial)

·       
Sound
understanding of the Ugandan market (e.g., consumer needs, market dynamics)

·       
Strong
relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively with
stakeholders

·       
Excitement
to have direct & personal impact on building a massive category for the
largest ecommerce player in Uganda

·       
High
level of creative spirit, proactiveness and independence

·       
Smooth
navigation with office suite (Excel. etc. …)

·       
Good
analytical skills, able to interpret and communicate performance data to
stakeholders
