solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda,
Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
competent, skilled, and experienced Packaging Officer (Kitting Leader) to work
in Uganda.
Job Purpose: The
role is about processing orders of the company’s agents. The kitting-leader,
ensures that orders are accurately picked and assembled per Agent.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
You lead
a team of 3 kitters, that ensures orders are picked correctly and assembled in
an order per customer and that orders are bundled per agent, into a delivery
box.
·
Any
mistake in kitting leads to returns, that have a high cost for the company. The
team-leader will be obsessed about faultless kitting.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The ideal
candidate must hold a diploma in any business-related field.
·
You are
devoted to ensure customers get what they ordered.
·
You know
how to instill discipline among your team for accurate processing of orders.
·
You are
meticulous in your ways and are driven by ‘zero’-mistakes in kitting.
·
Your
accuracy does not hinder you from processing high levels of orders per day and
meet all customer-commitments of that day.
·
You take
pride in processing all orders in time for delivery to customers and your team
has a sense of urgency when it comes to high work-loads.
·
Experience:
·
Handling
customer orders.
·
Working
in a fast-paced environment.
