airtime, mobile phone handsets, fixed lines, internet and mobile money.

 

Job Summary:  The Operations Officer will provide adequate
supervision of all retail activities and coordinate Mtn activities with
Nilecom.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Perform
all mobile money related activities

·       
Register
new mobile money agents

·       
Collection
of agent feedback and ensuring proper escalation.

·       
Manage
the delivery of agent first line support.

·       
Ensure
issuing of agent statements on demand.

·       
Carry
out data analysis of Mobile Money Reports.

·       
Follow
up on blocked lines with finance.

·       
Provide
daily commission reports from shops.

·       
Correspondence
& report filing

·       
Supervise
and monitor customer sales representatives.

 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
Essential:
Degree or equivalent qualification in business related course.

·       
Essential:
Minimum two years of experience in people management.
