The Uganda
Development Corporation (UDC) was set up by the Uganda Development Corporation
Act 2016 as the investment arm of Government with the primary objective of facilitating
industrial and economic development of the country. This objective is met
through; establishment of subsidiary and associated companies, entering into
public private partnerships with any commercial, industrial or agricultural
undertaking or enterprises, assisting in financing and management of
undertakings promoting industrial or economic development; and promoting and
facilitating research into industrial development. 

Job Summary:   The Internal Auditor will primarily evaluate
and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control
processes of Uganda Development Corporation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business
Administration or Applied Accounting.

·       
Partial
completion of any; ACCA or CIA or CPA.

·       
Membership
to IIA is compulsory

·       
Three
years of relevant experience in similar or related position in public or
private sector in a reputable organization or audit firm is required.

·       
Age: Below 54 years
