the most reliable supplier of agricultural equipment in the Uganda market.

Job Summary:  The Client Relations Officer will be responsible
for building and managing ENGSOL – Client relations and providing customer
support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Design
and Implement customer feedback management Strategies.

·       
Identify
and track Customer complaints and challenges.

·       
Liaise
with the different departments in regards to handling customer complaints or
feedback.

·       
Engage
customers on a daily basis and give feedback.

·       
Build
Lasting relationships with ENGSOL Clients

·       
Follow
up on addressing of the customer complaints and business needs.

·       
Follow
up on customer pending payments.

·       
Generate
weekly and monthly customer related reports

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The ideal
candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing /Customer
relationship Management courses

·       
A minimum
of two years of experience in Client relationship Management

·       
Knowledge
in client relationship Management

·       
Driving
licence
