Job Summary:  The Commercial Performance Analyst, Divisional
Support will constantly monitor & evaluate the deployed category
activities/initiatives [with focus on Innovations & Spirits] as well as
trade investments [Point of Sale Material – POSM & Cold assets] translating
into powerful insights that are used to develop and propose clear plans &
actions that accelerate the delivery of the expected return on investment [ROI]
by holding the tension on brilliant below the line [BTL] execution for overall
business growth.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Business
Reporting: Ensure that the agreed upon standard Division reports [including but
not limited to Stock In Trade Reporting that is Fulls & Empties, Depletion,
Shipment] are accurately maintained & timely circulated with all relevant
stakeholders to facilitate business decision making.

·       
CD
Business Review: Timely and accurately generate the required CD business
performance decks & Info packs leveraging the available performance data
inputs.

·       
Keep
track of all Trade activities in the Division: Avail timely & accurate
inputs related to Division activities M&Es, Initiate periodical reviews to
assess whether they are delivering as per plan. In addition, leverage available
insights to recommend actionable measures to course correct.

·       
Business
Performance Review: Glass RTI, Team KPIs tracking, Coverage, Journey Plan
Adherence, Route Frequency, Total Called-On Outlets, Calls per day, Strike
Rate, Call Frequency, Time in Call & Time in Trade [CD teams, Reps &
Line Manager] and others as may be required by the various business stakeholders.

·       
Administrative
Support: Ensure that all administrative requirements related to the Division
are fully executed in line with the relevant stakeholders’ expectations.

 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate for the Diageo Commercial Performance Analyst, Divisional
Support job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Statistical & Analytics experience is an added advantage.

·       
One year
of experience in a similar role and working within a Commercial/FMCG
environment.

·       
Strong multiple
source data aggregation skills and some analytical mindset.

·       
Knowledge
of technology supported platforms.

·       
Navigate
multiple data sources for insights & recommendations generation.

·       
Diligent
attention to detail.

·       
Strong
people relations skills.

·       
Ability
to prioritise and manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.

·       
Strong
Microsoft Office fluency with advanced excel & infographics proficiency and
intermediate power point proficiency.

·       
Self-starter
with the ability to succeed in a collaborative work environment.

·       
Ability
to partner with functional teams (soliciting, and conversely providing help as
needed).
