Interest (Interior Partitioning Services)

About US:

Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) is a public
affiliated organization of Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of
Korea. Since 2017, KOFIH has partnered with Ministry of Health Uganda to
implement various projects including; establishing the Emergency Medical
Service System, establishing the Tuberculosis Control System, as well as
capacity building of various health professionals like Administrators, Doctors,
Nurses and Biomedical Engineers. Our projects are being implemented by ministry
of Health Uganda together with Masaka Regional Referral Hospital and
Bukomansimbi District Local Government.

 

This is an abridged invitation for interested parties that would wish to
offer interior partitioning services of our newly acquired office premises
(size: 175 Sq. m) on the 3rd Floor of Mariba building located on Plot 17 Golf
Course Road, Kololo, Kampala City. This is to invite competent, eligible and
qualified firms to express their interest in offering this service.

 

Eligibility: Firms with proven experience in similar
works shall attach Certificate of Incorporation, E-Tax Tin, VAT registration
Certificate, Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Power of Attorney
specifically filed for this project and valid trading license.

 

Requirements: Interested firms for this assignment must
submit a detailed technical proposal including:

•             Description and
understanding of the assignment;

•             Proposal approach and
methodology to carry out the assignment;

•             Detailed
implementation plan;

•             An elaborate quotation
for the service;

•             Organizational and
personal capacity including profile of key personnel involved in the assignment
(annex CVs);

•             Experience of similar
assignment (2 examples);

•             Three references – at
least two of them work related;

•             Any other information
relevant to the assignment;

•             The size of the
document should not exceed 10MBs.
